Vahan (Armenian: ՎԱՀԱՆ) is an Armenian-made machine gun, developed by engineer Vahan Manasyan.
The concept of a semi-free shutter is the foundation upon which weapon automation is built. This shutter allows for the design of semi-handicraft production to be simplified. The grenade launcher GP-30, a bayonet, and an optical sight are all possible attachments that can be added to the weapon. Vahan Manasyan, while serving in the army, utilized this machine gun, and it also served as the basis for “Vahan.” As a result, “Vahan” is very similar to MBK-2 at the same time.
